# Liquidation

* Once the asset’s price reaches the liquidation price, the position will be forcibly closed by the system.
* Unlike other perpetual contract exchanges, LongOnly does not charge funding rates, so the liquidation price of long positions does not change over time. The liquidation price is only affected by subsequent user actions, such as partial opening/closing of positions or adding/removing margin.
